Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Event Tickets

• All event ticket sales are final.
• Refunds may be granted only on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Project TCG.
• If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential options.

Trading Card Game (TCG) Products

• All TCG products are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • Sealed Products (booster boxes, booster packs, starter decks, etc.)
  • Single Cards (graded or ungraded)
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for TCG items once they have been purchased, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened.

General

• This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our events and the quality of our products.
• Project TCG reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
