Any shelves, racks, or display units brought by vendors must have a maximum depth of 15 inches.
Shelves exceeding 15 inches in depth are not permitted due to space and safety regulations.)
(Especialy Bj’s Berkley Jensen shelve, they are too wide)
Vendor Table Reservation – Important Policy
Vendor tables are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Tables can not be transferred to another vendor.
⚠️ MANDATORY PACK-UP TIME:
All vendors MUST begin packing at 5:00 PM and fully vacate by 5:30 PM due to strict college overtime fees.
Failure to comply will result in a permanent ban from all future events.
By reserving a table, you agree to all terms above.

Check-In & Setup
Vendors must enter before 9:00 AM to set up their tables.
A table assignment list will be available at check-in — please confirm your assigned number upon arrival.
Table & Booth Details
Table size: 2 ft × 6 ft or 2ft x 7.5 ft (Random assigned)
Booth area: 6 ft × 6 ft
Quantity refers to the number of tables purchased.
We’ll try our best to place tables side-by-side if multiple are purchased.
Refund Policy
All table reservations are non-refundable once purchased.
Event Schedule
Event ends at 5:00 PM.
Please begin packing up and prepare to leave at that time.
Parking Information
FREE parking is available at the Lot 5.
