The Seasonal Vendor Pass is an invitation-based program created to recognize and work more closely with vendors who consistently help us build the best possible Project TCG Card Show experience.
This program is not about exclusivity — it’s about quality, professionalism, and community contribution.
All vendors begin through public table booking.
At each Project TCG Card Show, our team takes time to get to know vendors’ inventory, setup, and overall participation. Invitations to the Seasonal Vendor Pass are extended periodically based on long-term consistency, not one single show.
Vendors may be considered when they consistently demonstrate:

Being invited means we would like to work more closely with you as part of the core vendor group helping shape the future of our shows.

Public booking will always remain open, and all vendors are welcome to continue participating through public table reservations.
