Overview

Event Tickets

• All event ticket sales are final.
• Refunds may be granted only on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Project TCG.
• If you are unable to attend an event, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential options.

Event Cancellation

• In the event that the expo is postponed or cancelled due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, all tickets and reserved tables will be automatically transferred to the next scheduled event.

General

• This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our events and the quality of our products.
• Project TCG reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
